Terms of service.
Viridian Voyages LLC (A WorldVia Travel Network Independent Agency) offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Viridian Voyages LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Viridian Voyages LLC acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Viridian Voyages LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.
There is no charge for my services with the exception of stand-alone airline tickets. If airline tickets are not booked as part of a package, there will be a $15.00 per ticket service charge.
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Late payments may result in cancellation fees, or forfeiture of non-refundable deposits.
Client cancellations must be made in writing.
Viridian Voyages is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions).
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Viridian Voyages is not liable for delays, disruptions, or third-party service failures.
Clients assume full responsibility for travel documents, visas, and personal belongings.
Changes to bookings may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Name changes or transfers may be permitted per cruise line policy.
Clients must comply with all cruise line and destination health requirements.
Viridian Voyages is not responsible for medical expenses or emergencies during travel.
Viridian Voyages reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
